The Expeditor™ 1100SR Culinary Blender is one of the most powerful blenders in the Hamilton Beach family. The 3,5 hp motor and high-strength stainless steel blades enable to chop, grind, blend, puree and emulsify in any intermediate stage and in an extremely short time. This makes the Expeditor™ 1100SR ideal for professional kitchens.
Choose between pre-programmed settings that can be customized via SD card, variable speed levels and the practical chop function. If you use the preset timers, you can do other things while the blender is working.
To make daily work easier, the blender has a low design, achieved by placing the motor behind the container and not underneath it. This makes it easier to add ingredients or check the blending result with one glance through the transparent lid. Work safety is also taken care of: sensors prevent the machine from starting if the lid or container are not securely in place.
