Water-cooled ice machines for stable performance in demanding environments

The Hoshizaki IM-130WPE series is designed as a classic water-cooled ice machine solution for professional use in gastronomy, hospitality, and bar environments. The water-cooled system ensures reliable operation even in high ambient temperatures or where air circulation is limited, making it particularly suitable for demanding installation conditions.

As plug-and-play units with an integrated storage bin, these models offer a compact and ready-to-use solution for locations with a consistent demand for ice. The robust construction and proven IM CUBE technology ensure reliable and consistent ice production in daily operation.

Ice is produced using the closed cell system: each cube is formed individually with fresh water, while excess water is efficiently drained away. Automatic rinse cycles reduce mineral build-up and ensure clear, compact, and neutral-tasting ice cubes.

A closed water circuit protects the production process from external influences and supports consistent ice quality. At the same time, a magnetic DC water pump with variable speed ensures stable operation, reduces wear, and optimizes water consumption.

The units use the natural refrigerant R290 and are designed for energy-efficient operation. An electronic control system and integrated monitoring functions ensure safe and consistent performance.

For specific requirements, the series can optionally be upgraded with a UV-C hygiene function and a drain pump. These features are not included as standard and can be added if required.

Thanks to their compact design, the models are also suitable for locations with limited space.

The unit is supplied with an installation kit, adjustable legs, and an ice scoop.

Note: For water-cooled units, the condenser circuit should be connected to a closed-loop system. Connecting such equipment directly to the mains water supply may violate local water authority regulations.

This model produces standard ice cubes (28 × 28 × 32 mm) with a capacity of up to 108 kg per 24 hours – ideal for bars and hospitality venues with consistent ice demand, especially in high ambient temperatures or limited airflow conditions.
