Use this condensate pump by RedBox in combination with your ice machine without floor drain.
The pump has a length of 30cm, a height of 17cm and a width of 14cm. Please take the correct measurements of the designed space to make sure the pump can be installed. It has a weight of 2,1kg and can collect approx. 1,5l water before being pumped out. The integrated floating switch will switch if a certain filling quantity is reached and the pumping function is activated.
You can connect the water hose to any water pipe you´d like and which is close to the ice machine and pump. Please note the head height of 4,6m maximum. Furthermore you should pay attention to the ambient temperature to guarantee a smooth operation and maintenance free operation. The temperature shouldn´t be over 60°C.
Use the mounting brackets to screw the condensate pump to the wall or to a side part of your counter. The top part of the pump is equipped with four inlet holes. Use one of them for the outlet hose and cover the leftover inlet holes with the provided pop out covers to protect the pump against insects or dirt.
You can use all different kinds of hoses - vinyl tubing or rigid PVC. If you choose a PVC hose, please cut the end at an angle. This way the water can drain freely and the tubing end and container bottom won´t block each other.
The pump is sitting on the red container, which can be removed. Furthermore the tank is equipped with four rubber feet. A non ready to-plug-in cable is included in delivery. Mounting accessories and hoses are not included.
