The Hoshizaki IM-30CWPE series combines compact dimensions with professional cube ice production and is designed for smaller hospitality, bar and office environments with a consistent demand for high-quality ice. Thanks to the plug-and-play design and integrated storage bin, the units can be installed flexibly and operated immediately.

The series has been developed for applications requiring reliable ice production in limited spaces. Its compact footprint makes the units particularly suitable for counters, small kitchens, cafés, bars and meeting areas.

For ice production, Hoshizaki uses its proven Closed Cell system. Each ice cell is individually filled with fresh water so that only the required amount of water is used. Excess water is removed during the cycle to reduce mineral residues and support the production of clear, compact and taste-neutral ice cubes.

The closed water circuit protects the production area against external contamination and helps maintain consistently high ice quality. The electronic control system automatically monitors all production processes to ensure reliable operation and stable performance.

The units feature a robust stainless steel construction designed for daily professional use. Easily accessible maintenance components and automatic rinse cycles simplify cleaning and servicing during operation.

The water-cooled refrigeration system enables reliable ice production even in environments with high ambient temperatures or limited airflow. This makes the series particularly suitable for built-in installations, enclosed counters and locations with restricted ventilation. The units use natural refrigerant R290 to support environmentally conscious and energy-efficient cooling.

An optional UV-C hygiene system can be retrofitted to further support water hygiene and optimise hygiene standards within the production area.

Thanks to the integrated storage bin, produced ice is always immediately available. The series is ideal for producing classic cube ice in different sizes for cocktails, soft drinks and general hospitality applications.

For water-cooled units, the condenser circuit should be connected to a closed-loop water system. Connecting these units directly to the mains water supply may violate local water authority regulations.

This variant produces small cube ice measuring 25 × 25 × 23 mm with an output capacity of up to 30 kg per 24 hours – ideal for compact hospitality, beverage and bar environments requiring water-cooled technology and an integrated storage bin.
