The Hoshizaki IM-130PE-U series ice machines are designed as compact, plug-and-play solutions for professional use in gastronomy, hospitality, and bar environments. With an integrated storage bin, the units are ready for immediate operation and are ideal for locations without a separate ice storage system.
All models are air-cooled and use the natural refrigerant R290, ensuring energy-efficient and environmentally friendly operation. An electronic control system combined with intelligent monitoring supports reliable and consistent ice production.
A key feature of the UltraCUBE series is the integrated UV-C hygiene function, which provides additional disinfection of water-carrying components and circulating water, supporting high hygiene standards. This is complemented by a closed water circuit that protects the ice-making process from contamination.
Ice is produced using a closed cell system: each cube is formed from fresh water, while excess water is drained away. Automatic rinse cycles reduce mineral build-up and help produce clear, compact, and neutral-tasting ice cubes.
For long-term reliability, the units are equipped with a magnetic water pump without direct coupling, reducing the risk of leakage. Service-friendly components and automated cleaning programs simplify daily operation.
The unit is supplied with an installation kit, adjustable legs, and an ice scoop.
