If you hear the word "pear", you will be remind of "Williams pear" and "Pear Helene". Thirdly you should think of Monin Pearsyrup. It smells as if they poured fresh pears into the bottle. It tastes so fruity, fresh and sweet like freshly picked fruits.
Originally the pear tree comes from Anatolia and Caucasus. This ancient stone fruit has a smaller amount of acid than an apple so that it tastes juicy and sweet. Round and oblong shaped, green, red or yellow coloured, 1500 kinds of pears do envelope an amount of colours and shapes. The pulp is white coloured, sweet, less acidic and melting in taste.

Monin used for the Pearsyrup only the golden Williams pear which is very juicy and melts in your mouth. The aromatic pulp gives your cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks a gentle acidic with a touch of vanilla. Try pears also for garnishing glasses.

Recipe

Pear and Peach Cross Over
20ml Monin Pear syrup
25ml Monin Peach liqueur
40ml vodka
90ml apple juice
10ml lemon juice
Pour all ingredients in a blender cup. Cover with ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Serve in a long drink glass.
