Pineapple is a popular ingredient in fruity (tiki) cocktails or non-alcoholic mocktails. Depending on the recipe, the juice of the pineapple, pineapple slices or pineapple syrup is used. Piña Reàl is a cocktail syrup that consists of 40% pineapple puree and therefore brings the authentic refreshing sweetness of pineapples into the cocktail glass. The Piña Reàl syrup is perfect for ... Piña Colada, of course.
Recipe for Piña Colada with pineapple syrup:
38ml rum
60ml Piña Reàl
60ml coconut milk
Preparation: Put the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with pineapple slices.

Ingredients: Sugar, pineapple puree (40%), water, natural pineapple flavoring with other natural flavoring, acid: citric acid, preservative: sodium benzoate and sodium metabisulphite (contains sulphites), color: Tartrazine.
