The red wine glass from the series 'Vinelovers' by Spiegelau meets all the requirements for a wine glass demanded by the gastronomy business. It scores equally well in terms of elegance and resilience.
At first glance, the red wine glass looks robust and rigid - not least because of the strong glass stem and the hyperbolic base. Yet with the first sip, the red wine glass also shows its elegant side, namely a fine and particularly thin-walled goblet made of transparent crystal glass. The calyx is inconspicuously provided with a calibration for 0,1l and 0,2l. The glass is therefore ideally equipped for all uses in gastronomy, banqueting and catering. The broad functionality of this red wine glass is only extended by being dishwasher-proof.
The red wine glass from the 'Vinelovers' series is a traditional red wine glass with a bulbous calyx and a concave stem. The robust stem and the curved base of the glass ensure durability and give it a robust look, which however appears balanced by the thin-walled design of the goblet. Said calyx is also provided with not one but two filling lines at 0,1l and 0,2l respectively to enable fast, precise fillings. The bulbous shape of the goblet allows the wine to take on a large surface area which makes contact with oxygen possible.
Due to the functional design and the two handy calibration marks, the red wine glass is primarily aimed at the catering and banquet business, but can also be used in a non-professional environment. The Winelovers glass is dishwasher safe and, like all Spiegelau glasses, is made of crystal glass.

1Note: The specified 'total volume' (also referred to as gross capacity) of a glass indicates the maximum amount of liquid it can hold when filled to the brim. In contrast, the 'fill volume' (also referred to as usable volume or serving volume) describes the practically usable amount. Both values are given in ml or l. Due to production conditions, a tolerance of ±5% may occur, which corresponds to industry standards and does not constitute a defect.
