This cutting board made of robust oak wood offers space for cutting vegetables and fruit. It also features a groove for excess juice, which is especially convenient when cutting hydrous fruits such as mangos and watermelons to avoid spilling. The cutting board can be held, moved and hung for drying using the generous handle.
If you want to take a rather creative approach to serving food, the cutting board may also serve as a rustic tray for dishes like burgers, sandwiches and steak. Wood is very hygienic by nature and can render bacteria harmless. Nevertheless, it is advisable to use grease-proof paper underneath when using the board as a serving plate in the commercial gastronomy.

The cutting board should be rinsed with warm water after every use. For heavy stains use mild detergent. Do not soak or put into the dishwasher!
