This bamboo serving tray comes in a rectangular shape with rounded edges. It is made of light bamboo wood and flaunts a corresponding wood texture. Furthermore, the tray is equipped with a flat border (approx. 44mm high) and two opposing grip surfaces at the bottom. These features ensure safety during carrying and serving and are therefore indispensable. The board provides plenty of space for attractive arrangements of food such as cheese, cold cuts, fruit and vegetables. But also artfully arranged drinks and their garnish can be wonderfully staged on it.
Its dimensions 32,5x17,6cm correspond to GN 1/3. The bamboo board can be combined with other Gastronorm products accordingly.

Care instructions: The high quality bamboo wood is not suitable for the dishwasher. To guarantee a long life of the product, it is best to clean it by hand washing. It should also be washed once before the first use.
