This red wine balloon is part of the wide-ranging 'Festival' series by Spiegelau and impresses with its large, balloon-like goblet, which helps full-bodied wines to expand their heavy aromas adequately. This goblet is mainly quite thin-walled, as the thickness of the glass only increases dramatically towards the transition to the stem at the bottom. This gives the red wine glass a very sophisticated appearance, while ist is also robust - making it excellent for the collective usage at events and festive occasions. Due to the large circumference of the balloon goblet, the glass has got a rather short stem for a wine glass, which finally leads into a stable stand.
The red wine balloon from Spiegelau's 'Festival' series is ideal for serving full-bodied red wine at festive occasions. On the one hand, the wine glass is very robust despite its thin wall, and on the other, it offers the heavy aromas generous space to unfold.
