This drink mixer has a powerful 300W motor and three speed options (16.000, 20.000 und 24.000 rpm). It is high quality made gives access to the inside of the device (there is a manual for exchanging the motor). Alltogether you can say, this is perfectly for using in commercial bars and there is a durable and reliable working horse.

With the included cup (800ml volume) made of stainless steel you can mix or foam different kinds of liquids easily in batches. (For blending solids, like fruits, we rather recommend a blender with a cutting mechanism). Especially milk, ice or protein shakes achieve with this mixer a special creamy consistency.

Using this mixer is easy and possible in two ways. This serves the busy working style of a professional working bar.
You can snap in the cup between the bottom cup support and the upper cup support which will automatically activate the pre-selected speed. This keeps your hands free for other things to do inbetween.
Or you carefully hold the cup with your hands under the stirring staff and manually activate the toggle. Also here the pre-selected speed will be turned on. This allows a quick and casual handling of the device (on your own risk).

The delivery comes with some extra butterfly agiators on top of the standard agiators which can be attached to the device accordingly to the manual. They are perfect for soft ice cream and for more fragile vessels.

You can easily clean the device with water and dishwasher soap. Doing a deep clean, different parts can be separated. Please read the manual for a better instruction.
