As the name already suggests, this small 'Chiquito' tumbler from the 'Cordoue' range respresents the 'little Córdoba' and is a homage to the Spanish food and drink culture. In Southern Spain, wine is often served with a small side dish. Olives, dried tomatoes and other tapas can be served perfectly in this 230ml glass bowl thanks to its wide opening. The 5,9cm high rim also allows to serve desserts like crème brûlée. For daily use in the catering industry, this small bowl is made of tempered glass to meet the special mechanical and thermal requirements of everyday catering.
The tumbler Chiquito from the series ‘Cordoue’ by Arcoroc has a functional design and is made of tempered glass. With its 0,1l calibration mark it can be used in the gastronomy trade in a variety of ways, even as a snack bowl on the guest table. When served with a layered tarte, for example, the 5,9cm high glass walls show off the artistic arrangement of the dessert.
1Note: The specified 'total volume' (also referred to as gross capacity) of a glass indicates the maximum amount of liquid it can hold when filled to the brim. In contrast, the 'fill volume' (also referred to as usable volume or serving volume) describes the practically usable amount. Both values are given in ml or l. Due to production conditions, a tolerance of ±5% may occur, which corresponds to industry standards and does not constitute a defect.
