The glasses "Sublym" by Chef & Sommelier have been developed especially for the upscale gastronomic needs.
The high, fine stem, the harmoniously curved shape and the polished edge make these glasses particularly elegant. But as fragile as they seem, as tough they are. The used KWARX glass is not only extremely glossy with a stable brilliance, but also particularly resistant to corrosion and temperature changes - two forces which are quite common in gastronomy.

The glass series is available in different sizes and volumes, with and without calibration marks. This glass with 350ml volume is perfectly suitable for serving white and rosé wines.
The 'Sublym' collection by Chef & Sommelier portrays the sublime quality of the served wine and showcases your passion for this drink. With the design of this wine glass, there are no edges as the entire contour is an example of shapely elegance with rounded off shapes and seamless transitions. The tulip-shaped calyx has a capacity of 350ml and has a defined rim. The bottom takes on a concave shape which seamlessly turns into a robust stem. The latter is designed for use in professional settings where reliable stability is essential. At the bottom, the stem also transitions seamlessly into a base plate, which has the lettering "Chef & Sommelier France" engraved in it. With its medium capacity and a total height of 23,0cm this stemless glass bridges the gap between a white wine and a red wine glass. Thus, the engraved calibration mark at 0,15l is ideal for serving white wine, rosé and light red wine. With the transparent and acoustically excellent Kwarx glass, you also show your attention to detail.

1Note: The specified 'total volume' (also referred to as gross capacity) of a glass indicates the maximum amount of liquid it can hold when filled to the brim. In contrast, the 'fill volume' (also referred to as usable volume or serving volume) describes the practically usable amount. Both values are given in ml or l. Due to production conditions, a tolerance of ±5% may occur, which corresponds to industry standards and does not constitute a defect.
