The 908®R Commercial Bar Blender from Hamilton Beach consists of a measuring container, a lid, a base and two blades, united in an assembly unit.
The two blades with a total of four knives are slightly offset and made of high quality stainless steel. Therefore, they are designed for durability and efficiency in crushing ice and will keep up with the ordering pace of busy bars. To prepare 473ml of a frozen drink ready to serve, you only need 25sec with the help of this blender.
The container is made of transparent polycarbonate and therefore convinces with particular break resistance and hardness. Just like a conventional measuring cup, it is equipped with a handle and a measuring bar in 0,1l intervals. The latter ranges from 0,2l to 1,3l. The container can be closed with a black lid, which reaches a few centimeters into the cup to close it securely. The lid has a 'lid open' safety sensor, which prevents the device from blending as long as the lid itself is open.
The base, also kept black, houses the motor, which has got an electrical power of 1HP. In order to start, it requires a voltage of 220-240V, whereby the electricity is supplied to the device via a 1,52m long cable, which is also included in the delivery. The blender base is also equipped with an easy-to-use toggle switch. This one is silver in color and can be set to stop, low (1) or high (2).
