This spittoon by Zwiesel Glas is ideal for wine tastings and wine stores. Excess wine and leftovers can simply be disposed of in the container in a hygienic manner. In this large version, the collecting bowl is approximately 19,4cm in diameter, so that drinks can be poured into it without spillage.
The tapering underneath the bowl serves to keep the mixed smell of the excess drinks inside the container and can also be used as a practical handle.
During a tasting, the handmade vessel is placed on the table where it is a visual highlight at the same time. The shimmering black hue hides the vessel's content and makes it look like the silhouette of a decorative vase. The Tritan glass is approximately 3mm thick and its robust construction is suitable for everyday use in wine bars or wineries.
