This stainless steel spoon is the perfect bar spoon for mixing and layering cocktails. It is 45cm long and therefore suitable for extra large mixing glasses. Furthermore the length makes working at low bars easier. The spoon-handle is twisted and features a paddle-shaped end of approx. 7cm length, while the spoon-bowl measures approx. 4x2,7cm. The spatula end can be used for dosing spices as well as grated fruit peel.
