This bar spoon, made of 18/10 stainless steel and with a length of 27cm is very solid. The material shows an extreme resiliance to rust, acids or corrosion and is also known as V2A steel or tank steel. It has a twisted stem, as ist is quite common for bar spoons to enable a more dynamic mixing of different ingredients in the mixing glass.
On the other end the spoon has a attached disc with about 2,7cm diameter. This is a good tool for floating or layering cocktails, but also for slightl squeeze to lemons and sugar.
Last but not least you can add on this disc your name or your logo.
