Lots of ice, little heat in the room

High demand meets sensitive room air? The Brema C 150W HC ice cube maker produces up to 150 kg of ice cubes per 24 hours. The ice cubes weigh approx. 18 g each and are clear and dimensionally stable. Thanks to water cooling, the ice maker operates quietly and does not release warm exhaust air into the room – ideal for narrow counters, air-conditioned areas, or show bars.

Spray process: layer by layer to clear cubes

The Brema spray system achieves the best results in terms of ice cube appearance. How it works: Fine water jets wet the evaporator molds so that the water freezes layer by layer. This prevents air pockets and produces crystal-clear, dense ice cubes with a slow melting rate that keep drinks cold for a long time instead of watering them down.

Modular concept for external storage containers

The C 150W HC is an ice machine for use in combination with external storage containers such as Bin 200 or Bin 350. This allows the storage capacity to be adjusted to suit requirements – practical when demand fluctuates or space is limited.

Refrigeration technology & water supply

The water-cooled version requires supply and drain lines as well as cooling water, but enables quiet, room air-neutral operation. The environmentally friendly R290 (propane) is used as a refrigerant – efficient, modern, and with a very low greenhouse effect.

Installation, water quality, and maintenance

Brema ice makers are designed for durability and reliable high ice production. Professional installation is essential to ensure that the ice machine runs smoothly and achieves the specified nominal values. We recommend a water filter that reduces limescale and particles. This is not only good for the taste and clarity of the ice cubes, but also reduces maintenance and extends the service life of the system.

High ice quality and hygiene are also the result of regular thorough cleaning and maintenance. These routines are made much easier by the AISI 304 stainless steel design with rounded interior contours and removable components.
