The integrated drain pump provides flexibility in terms of installation location if there is no drain close to the floor or if the waste water connection is higher up (up to 1.5 m above the machine outlet under ideal conditions).

Spray system: precise layers, visible clarity

Instead of flooding the molds, theBrema spray system distributes fine jets of water over ice molds. The water freezes layer by layer, preventing air pockets from forming. The result: crystal-clear, dense B-Qube ice cubes with a slow melting rate that keep drinks cold for a long time and look great.

Air-cooled, climate-friendly, efficient

The air-cooled version requires good airflow at the installation site to ensure reliable performance and to dissipate heat safely. This ice maker also uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R290 (propane), which has a very low greenhouse effect and cools efficiently.

The AISI 304 stainless steel housing offers smooth, hygienic surfaces. Rounded interior contours and removable components also contribute to easy and quick cleaning – ensuring that hygiene and high ice quality are maintained at all times.
