The Brema CB 1565W HC ice cube maker is ideal for situations where large quantities of ice are required and the ambient air needs to be protected: up to 152 kg of ice in 24 hours, cubes weighing approx. 18 g, clear and dimensionally stable. The water cooling system operates quietly and does not release warm exhaust air into the room – a plus for narrow counters, show bars, or air-conditioned areas with high traffic.

Spray system: layer by layer to clear cubes

Clarity is the result of precision: Fine water jets wet the ice molds, and the water freezes layer by layer. This ice maker produces crystal-clear, dense ice cubes with a slow melting rate that keep drinks cold for a long time and look great in a glass.

Refrigeration technology & cooling: quiet and neutral to the ambient air

The water-cooled design requires supply and drain lines as well as cooling water, but rewards you with quiet operation without releasing warm air into the environment. The ice machine uses R290 (propane) as a refrigerant – efficient, modern, and with a very low greenhouse effect.

Operation & maintenance: functional design, clean results

The housing of the CB 1565W HC is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and offers smooth, hygienic surfaces. In addition, rounded inner contours and removable components significantly simplify cleaning – for greater hygiene and reliably high ice quality with minimal effort.
