The Brema CB 416A HC B-QUBE DP ice cube maker is the right choice for businesses that need up to 42 kg of ice cubes in 24 hours. This ice maker produces the new, trendy B-Qube ice cubes – clear, firm, and larger (approx. 31.5 × 32.5 mm, approx. 23 g), ideal for a modern presentation and slow melting.

The integrated drain pump actively removes excess water from ice production and cleaning into the drain, making you less dependent on floor drains – practical for higher drains (up to 1.50 m above the machine outlet under ideal conditions).

Spray system: layer by layer to crystal-clear ice cubes

TheBrema spray process sprays ice molds with fine jets of water and allows the ice cubes to freeze layer by layer. This creates cubes without air pockets: clear, dense, and with a slow melting rate – ideal for cocktails, long drinks, and soft drinks.

Air cooling & refrigeration technology R290

The air-cooled version requires free airflow at the installation site to dissipate the heat generated. The CB 416A HC B-QUBE DP R290 (propane) uses a natural, efficient refrigerant with a very low greenhouse effect.

Built for everyday catering use – with cleaning in mind

AISI 304 stainless steel housing, rounded inner edges, and removable components make maintenance easy. The integrated cleaning program is a convenient addition to regular, thorough cleaning and helps to ensure consistently high hygiene standards with minimal effort.
