The Brema CB 416W HC ice cube maker delivers up to 42 kg of ice cubes per 24 hours – clear, dimensionally stable (approx. 18 g). Thanks to water cooling, the ice maker works reliably even at higher ambient temperatures, is pleasantly quiet, and does not emit warm exhaust air into the guest area – ideal for narrow or air-conditioned counter areas. (Prerequisite: suitable supply and drainage; additional water requirements must be taken into account.)

Spray system: clarity and density for premium drinks

TheBrema spray process produces crystal-clear ice cubes without air pockets. This is because in this process, water is sprayed into the ice molds in a fine jet, building up the ice layer by layer. The result is high-density ice cubes that melt slowly and do not water down drinks – for an appealing presentation in the glass.

Refrigeration technology with R290

The CB 416W HC uses the natural refrigerant R290 (propane) – efficient, sustainable, and with a very low greenhouse effect. In combination with water cooling, performance remains stable even in warm environments.

Designed for durability and hygiene

The well-thought-out design of this ice machine with AISI 304 stainless steel housing, rounded inner edges, and removable components makes it easy to maintain. The integrated cleaning program complements regular, thorough cleaning – for high hygiene with manageable maintenance and consistently first-class ice quality.
