Spray system: clarity and density for premium drinksTheBrema spray process produces crystal-clear ice cubes without air pockets. This is because in this process, water is sprayed into the ice molds in a fine jet, building up the ice layer by layer. The result is high-density ice cubes that melt slowly and do not water down drinks – for an appealing presentation in the glass.
