48 kg of ice per day – quiet, consistent, with water cooling

The Brema CB 425W HC ice cube maker is designed to deliver up to 48 kg of ice cubes in 24 hours – uniform, dimensionally stable (approx. 18 g) and crystal clear. The water cooling system keeps performance stable even at higher room temperatures, operates quietly and does not emit warm air into the guest area. (Requirement: suitable supply/drain; additional water requirements must be taken into account.)

Spray system: crystal-clear cubes with substance

Withthe Brema spray system, water is sprayed into ice molds in a fine mist and frozen layer by layer. This produces clear ice cubes without air pockets, with a dense structure and slower melting rate. This keeps cocktails and long drinks cool for a long time without watering them down.

Cooling concept with R290

R290 (propane) is used as the refrigerant – natural, efficient, and with a low greenhouse effect. In combination with water cooling, the daily output remains reliable even at higher ambient temperatures.

Designed for easy maintenance

The AISI 304 stainless steel housing, rounded interior surfaces, and removable components make maintenance and cleaning routines much easier. The integrated cleaning program supports regular, thorough manual cleaning—it does not replace it, but helps to ensure hygiene standards and ice quality are maintained in the long term.

Connection & water quality

To achieve the specified values and ensure proper operation, professional installation is required. A water filter is useful and recommended by us: it ensures clean-tasting ice cubes and protects the system from limescale and particles.
