The spray system ensures the typical Brema clarity: fine jets of water are sprayed onto the ice molds, and the water freezes in layers – preventing air pockets. This creates dense, crystal-clear B-Qube ice cubes with a slow melting rate, which look high-quality in the glass and perform reliably in service.

Air-cooled & climate-friendly

Air cooling requires clean air flow at the installation site to ensure efficient heat dissipation. R290 (propane) is used as the refrigerant – energy-efficient, modern, and with a very low greenhouse effect.

Fewer steps, more hygiene: The AISI 304 stainless steel housing features smooth surfaces, rounded inner contours, and removable components – for quick and thorough cleaning.
