The compact nuggets (approx. 8 × 16 × 7 mm) cool quickly, are pleasant to chew, and can be dispensed precisely by weight or volume. The water-cooled design operates quietly and without emitting warm air into the room.

This is how the ice nuggets are made: Water freezes layer by layer into ice in a double-walled stainless steel evaporator. This is pressed under pressure into uniform, dense nuggets and then broken up. The result is hard, glass-friendly pieces of ice with reliable cold output – batch after batch in consistently high quality.

The TM 140W HC ice maker is a modular device without integrated storage. It can be expanded with various external Brema storage containers. You determine the storage capacity – e.g., Bin 110, Bin 200, or RB 100. This allows you to scale your storage, floor space, and workflow exactly as needed. The water-cooled version requires an inlet and outlet for the cooling water and consumes a corresponding amount of water. The advantage: no warm air is released into the room and operation is very quiet – ideal for narrow counters, display areas, air-conditioned areas, or very warm rooms. R290 (propane) is used as the refrigerant – efficient, modern, and with a very low greenhouse effect.
