High throughput, clear processes, clean dosing: The Brema TM 450A HC nugget ice maker is designed for powerful performance during long shifts with a daily output of up to 375 kg of nugget ice. The compact nuggets (approx. 16,5 × 18 × 11 mm) cool drinks quickly and can be dispensed precisely by weight or volume – ideal for bars, buffet lines, and fresh food areas with constant demand.

There is a concept for nugget ice production with consistently high quality and performance: in a double-walled stainless steel evaporator, water first freezes in thin layers. This ice is compacted and then broken in a controlled manner. This produces hard, uniform nuggets with consistent cold output that can be scooped cleanly and dosed reliably.

In the air-cooled version, the ice machine works by exchanging heat with the ambient air. It is important to have free air intake and exhaust at the installation site so that waste heat can be safely dissipated. The environmentally friendly R290 (propane) is used as the refrigerant: energy-efficient and with a very low greenhouse effect.

The TM 450A HC has a modular design and is combined with external Brema storage containers (the appropriate container models are available at Barstuff.de). This allows you to plan storage volume, floor space, and removal exactly as required – to suit your workflow behind the bar or in production.
