For large quantities of nugget ice, but when warm exhaust air is a problem, the water-cooled Brema TM 450W HC nugget ice maker is the perfect solution. It delivers up to 375 kg of nugget ice per 24 hours. The compact nuggets (approx. 16,5 × 18 × 11 mm) are uniformly shaped, cool quickly, and can be precisely dosed by weight or volume – ideal for bars, buffet areas, and production stations with constant demand.

The uniform, reliably cooling ice nuggets are not created by chance, but according to a sophisticated and proven concept: In the double-walled stainless steel evaporator of the Brema ice maker, water first freezes into ice. This is then compressed and cleanly broken up. The result is uniform, hard nuggets with constant cold output – continuously throughout the entire service period.

Water cooling not only scores points because it does not release warm exhaust air into the room and cools reliably even in confined, warm environments. It also offers particularly quiet operation. To do this, the water-cooled version requires an inlet and outlet for the cooling water and consumes a corresponding amount of water.

This ice machine uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R290 (propane): energy-efficient, modern, and with a very low greenhouse effect.

The TM 450W HC offers maximum nugget ice production and, thanks to its modular design, a wide variety of storage solutions. It does not have an integrated storage tank, but can be combined with external Brema storage containers – e.g. Bin 110, Bin 200, Bin 350, Bin 550V DS, DRB 100, DRB 500, DRB 1200 or RB 100. This allows you to determine the storage capacity and adapt the storage volume, footprint, and removal precisely to your processes and requirements.

There is one prerequisite for reliably high performance and long-term flawless operation: professional installation. This also ensures that the specified nominal performance can be reliably achieved. We recommend a suitable water filter that reduces limescale and particles – this pays off in terms of ice quality, maintenance requirements, and the service life of the system.
