This expansive Burgundy glass from Stölzle's 'Quatrophil' series on the one hand will enchant you with its appealing design while at the same time offering a charming functionality. In fact, it is best suited for a range of ripe and characterful burgundy wines such as Pinot Noir. For such wines, the belly offers a particularly wide surface area due to the deep maximum diameter of 11,6 cm. Filled in wines can develop and refine their characteristic aromas even further. The almost horizontal ground of the calyx merges into the slender stem in a curved fashion and continues down to the flat and equally expansive base. The thin walls of the goblet, the delicate stem and the flat bottom plate make for an image of elegance and sophistication. The 'Quatrophil' Burgundy glass is made of high-gloss crystal glass, which further emphasizes the extravagant look, and is also suitable for dishwashers.
The extravagant Burgundy glass from Stölzle's 'Quatrophil' collection brings out only the best in Burgundy wines. In addition to its visual aesthetics, its expansive goblet is also highly functional; its 11,6cm wide belly offers filled in wines a particularly large air surface for the wine to breathe and develop even further. The expansive and at the same time high-necked goblet consists of gossamer-fine glass walls and is enthroned on a slender, long stem. Said stem is straight and has an even diameter downwards to the flat base of the glass. Additionally it is a harsh contrast to the large goblet. The 'Quatrophil' Burgundy glass is available on a set of 6 and holds 710ml with a total height of 24,5cm. It is made of brilliant, resilient crystal glass, which is dishwasher safe.
