This champagne flute from Rona’s “Mode” collection promises a first-class sparkling wine experience in an exclusive design. The bowl has a flat base, allowing it to be balanced in the hand. Despite its generous 425ml capacity, the glass should not be filled to the brim. Similar to a wine glass, the optimal fill level is approximately at the height of the maximum diameter.
The large surface area of this glass is also ideal for elaborate cocktail garnishes, such as those found in Martinis. The frothy surface of shaken cocktails, or that of champagne, is particularly highlighted in this stemmed glass. A narrow rim encourages slow, leisurely sipping, while the long stem and flat base contribute to the elegant design of the cocktail bowl.
The cocktail bowl from Rona’s “Mode” collection features a wide bowl with a high rim, holding 425 ml. Despite its large diameter, the bowl has an ultra-thin rim made of crystal glass. The optimal fill level for this champagne bowl is approximately at the height of its maximum diameter, allowing the sparkling wine to breathe most effectively. Due to its flat base, the fill level is very low, enabling direct interaction with the aromas and fragrances in the champagne. The large surface area also showcases the bubbles in sparkling wine and champagne. However, the crystal glass bowl can also be used for various cocktails without ice. The unique shape is structurally reinforced by a wide, flat base plate with an engraved Rona logo. The champagne bowl is best held by the flat bottom of the bowl or by the stem.

1Note: The specified 'total volume' (also referred to as gross capacity) of a glass indicates the maximum amount of liquid it can hold when filled to the brim. In contrast, the 'fill volume' (also referred to as usable volume or serving volume) describes the practically usable amount. Both values are given in ml or l. Due to production conditions, a tolerance of ±5% may occur, which corresponds to industry standards and does not constitute a defect.
