After doing intense research for the ultimate grape variety specific shape in glassware, producer Riedel introduced the 'Performance' series. The Chardonnay glass from this series features the iconic pattern of thin waves ranging from the rim to the center of the bowl. This results in a larger surface area and thus a better development of the important aromas in the wine. At the same time, it is an optical highlight, which in combination with the slim stem makes for a delicate appearance. The white wine glass is made of crystal glass with an overall thin-walled design. The large bottom plate ensures a safe stand and shadows the bulbous calyx.
