Shaker and Mixing glass

The Boston Shaker by Alfredo has a heavy base, which will ensure stability and durability. Moreover it is made of stainless steel and has a polished outside. Use the 850ml capacity to prepare one or more cocktails at once. The shaker has a diameter of 9,3cm and closes perfectly with the included mixing glass. The glass has a capacity of 473ml, is sturdy and resistant.

Pourer and Dust caps

Use these six Prime Bar pourer for a drip-free pouring. They have a long, fine air pipe, which will guarantee a constantly and clean pouring. Moreover, the pourer will fit common 0,7-1,0l bottles with a bottleneck diameter between 15,5 and 21,0mm. The matching dust caps are made of plastic and will close the air pipe nearly airtight to protect the liquids against dust and flies as well as evaporation.

Bar spoon and Jigger

The bar spoon is made of stainless steel and has a total length of 27,5cm. The ending is equipped with a small, removable muddler. You can use this spoon to add ingredients to your drinks and to stir classical cocktails like a Martini. The muddler can be used to press on small fruits, peppermint or sugar cubes. The included jigger is made of stainless steel as well and is provided with a 3cl and a 5cl measuring cup. Both cups are equipped with a scaling in 1cl (10ml) steps at the inside.

Strainer

Moreover, the cocktails set includes 2 strainer. The fine-meshed one has a diameter of 7,5cm and is made of stainless steel. Use this strainer to filter small ingredients such as fruit pulp or small kernels. The second strainer has a close-meshed spring which can be removed for the cleaning process. In total, this strainer is coarser and will filter large particles such as ice cubes or fruit pieces. Use both strainer at the same time to be sure there will be no pulp, ice cubes or other ingredients get into the guests glass and drink. The coarse strainer is also made of stainless steel.

Muddler, Engraving and Fruit knife

The sturdy and functional muddler has a handle made of stainless steel and plastic head with a tenderizer´s end. Use this 20,5cm long muddler to squash fruits like lemons and limes. The engraving knife has a plastic handle and stainless steel blade with a rectangular opening. Due to this shape, you will receive even and equally wide zests of the fruits of your choice. Moreover, you will need a practical and sharp fruit knife, when preparing and decorating cocktails. The included knife is made by Victorinox. It has a plastic handle as well and a serrated blade. The knife is suitable to cut fruits with a strong peel as well. It has a total length of 21,3cm.

Ice tong and Bar mat

Furthermore, you will find an ice tong in this cocktail set. The tong is equipped with diamond-shaped tongs, which are also framed with small spikes for a better grip. It is made of stainless steel and has a light weight. The bar mat is made of rubber and has the size of 15/1/30cm (W/H/D). It has an even bottom side and is equipped with small nubs at the topside. Use this bar mat at your cocktail station to protect the counter surface against scratches or liquids. Moreover, the mat is suitable as a base for your bar equipment after cleaning. Due to the small nubs, air can circulate and your shaker or mixing glass will dry fast.

Napkins and Drinking Straws

Finally, this set includes a pack of cocktail napkins and a pack of black paper drinking straws.
