The 'Merlot' decanter captivates with its slender stature and at the same time convinces with its apparent high quality crystal glass finish. The wine decanter has got a high neck with a wide open rim. This prevents the escape of essential fragrances and flavors, and is also well suited as a carafe handle and a spill-free filling aid. Towards the bottom, the neck opens up into a rather high than wide bottle belly. Its side walls form a convex bulge towards the center in the form of a narrow, almost angular curve. This provides an appealing counterpoint to the slender, concavely sweeping shape of the neck and infuses the wine decanter with a unique glamour, which is further enhanced by the brilliance of the high-quality crystal glass it is crafted of.
