The small preserving glass by Italian producer Bormioli Rocco is a handy tool in the kitchen or behind the bar. The jar offers a tight seal thanks to the included rubber band. The sealing band can be taken off for cleaning.
The jar can be used for small amounts of leftover ingredients, or to prepare homemade dishes like Marmelade, various pickled fruits and more. Since the preserving jar is temperature resistant for as low as -20°C/ -4°F, ingredients can be stored in the fridge or freezer. Another key feature is the lid which allows to stack multiple of these Fido jars on top of another, making for a more organized and spacious workspace.
