It is not necessary to prepare the Apple Corer before using. Place it on a good firm surface.
If you handle the machine properly, you will cut up to 30.000 fruits. The corer is not a disposable product, the blade assembly is 100% reciclable. Do not hesitate to order the spare-part.
Lift the push block with the help of the knob and put an apple on the blade assembly (8 blades). With a strong and quick thrust bring the push block down to force the cutting through the stainless steel blades.
Clean the machine thoroughly under running water without using any chemicals to get the best life from your Apple Corer. While cleaning and operating the machine be carefull with the blades, they are sharp!
After cleaning take mineral oil and rub he machine with it to provide grid.
