If you prefer to store your food in glass rather than plastic, you can quickly reach your limits. Sealing and safe transport are often difficult or impossible with containers made entirely of glass. That is why Luminarc has launched glass bowls that are complemented by polypropylene (BPA-free) lids with a valve and silicone ring. This combination enables airtight sealing as well as heating in the microwave.
The silicone joint can be removed for cleaning and the glass is hardened, which makes it shockproof and heat resistant.
