Gastronorm (GN) 1/1 Backmatte hat die standardisierten Maße von ca. 52 × 31,5 cm und passt damit in entsprechende GN 1/1 Bleche und Einschübe. Sie ist flach ausgeführt und besitzt keinen erhöhten Rand.
