The GN 1/1 cooling plate is made of easy-to-clean stainless steel and requires no electricity. Simply place the plate in the freezer, and it will then distribute the cold evenly. After four hours of cooling, it maintains a temperature of 6 to 8 °C for up to 6 hours. Since it requires no electricity, the cooling plate with its built-in ice pack can be used flexibly, even when there’s no outlet nearby. With its standard Gastronorm size, the stainless steel plate also fits perfectly into your catering or buffet setup. After use, the stainless steel surface can be easily and hygienically cleaned. This means that, in addition to dessert glasses and salad bowls, you can also place food directly on the cooling plate—such as fish, cheese, and cold cuts.
