The perforated GN 1/2 polycarbonate insert fits into many GN 1/2 containers (not stainless steel!) and ensures that condensation, excess fat, or similar liquids can drain off and collect in the container below. Small notches on the sides make it easy to remove the insert from the container. It can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
