The GN 2/3 storage container with lid is just right for demanding kitchen environments and structured households. The polypropylene is durable, food-safe and BPA-free. Designed in a white-transparent look, the contents are easy to check. The integrated scaling and write-on surface ensure precise portioning and easy identification - without the need for additional labels. The lid closes hermetically, protects the contents from external influences and reliably preserves freshness and hygiene. The polypropylene container is based on the proven Gastronorm 2/3 size, which means that it can be flexibly combined with other GN formats and is compatible with common kitchen infrastructures such as shelves, bain-maries or refrigeration units. The GN standard therefore enables efficient use of space and saves valuable time during organization.
With a size of 35,4x32,5x20cm and a generous volume of 19 liters, the GN 2/3 storage container offers sufficient storage space for larger quantities of ingredients, pre-prepared food or prepared components. The scope of delivery includes a precisely fitting, hermetically sealing lid and marking clips in the colors red, blue, yellow, green and purple. This color coding is ideal for separating product groups, identifying allergens or for the FIFO system (first-in-first-out).
