The ICON 3-2 is delivered pre-assembled and ready for use. Simply unpack, set up and fill according to the installation instructions (with 15 cm clearance for ventilation on a horizontal surface). After a cooling time, which varies depending on the recipe, quantity and initial temperature of the liquid, your frozen drinks are ready to serve. Please be sure to follow the operating instructions.

Important: Only products that are suitable for use in the machine may be used. For homemade recipes, a minimum sugar content of 13° Brix or 4% alcohol is required.
