The slush ice machine is delivered fully pre-assembled by a shipping company. All you need is:

• a horizontal, stable surface
• at least 15 cm clearance from walls for ventilation
• a drink with at least 13° Brix or 4% alcohol

Once filled, cooling can begin. Please follow the installation and operating instructions. Depending on the recipe, quantity, and how cold the liquid is when poured in, the desired consistency will be reached more quickly. This allows you to serve slush ice, frozen drinks, or smoothies with consistent quality —all day long.
