Prepare finest crushed ice for cocktails, drinks and for presenting dishes and drinks. Wessamat designed machines which perfectly grind ice. Furthermore, this machine saves space and is easy to operate.
Good and clear ice is a need for each gastronomic establishment for ice cooled drinks and food. Furthermore, it is very compact because the footprint is smaller than a regular DIN A4-sheet. Lift the cover up and put ice cubes in the ice crusher, whereby the ice cubes should do not be deep-frozen. The crushed ice drops into the removable container. The machine crushed up to 5kg of ice within one minute. Wessamat installed special cutting blades which protect the mechanics and lower the energy consumption.
The housing is made of shiny polished stainless steel and offers an easy cleaning and good hygiene.
