In a gastronomic context, ice picks can be used in different ways; for that reason, we sell them in many different forms. Lumps of ice cubes that are frozen together can easily be separated again by using an ice pick; bar pros on the other hand may use these tools to manually form ice spheres out of block ice or even for carving sculptures, where the picks might sometimes even be combined with a hammer – in similar fashion to how a sculptor would work.
