This stainless steel Julep strainer is characterized by a curved handle that makes it easy to strain with one hand. The spoon is shaped like a typical Julep Strainer and measures about 9x7,5cm. The handle is attached at approximately a right angle and is elegantly curved. This both contribute to the fact that you can use the strainer well with one hand.
Since the Julep Strainer is made of stainless steel, it can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Stainless steel is also more resistant to (fruit) acids than other materials. Nevertheless, you should always rinse your bar tools promptly with clear water, especially when working with citrus fruits.
