This high-end corkscrew by Pulltex will impress you with its elaborated details and its high quality. There is a reason why this one is the most used corkscrew within the professional gastronomy.
The patented, two-level leverage technique enables you to pull the cork smooth and easy. The screw has a soul and is coated with Teflon for slipping into the cork easily and not breaking it or producing crumbs. There also is an integrated iron knife with a serrated blade to remove the cuffs from bottles.
While the outer side of the lever arm is made of iron with white colored coating, it has a plastic inlay for an ergonomic and secure grip.
This capscrew feels very smooth in the hand and will do a very good job for people that need to open more than one bottle per night.
