This measuring cup made of BPA-free plastic allows you to measure up to 2000ml of water and other ingredients when cooking and baking. For this purpose, it is equipped with 2 scales, that are located on the side walls and are opposite each other. One scale is transparent and embossed, while the other one is printed on in blue. However, both are divided in the same way: mall dashes mark 20ml increments; every 100ml there is a longer measuring line, every second of which has a corresponding number. On the left side of the scales, there is an additional fraction digit for every 250ml (1/4, 1/2 etc.).
For holding, guiding and pouring, the large plastic jar is provided with a closed handle, which has prominent ribbing on its inner side. This gives grip and slip resistance, especially when wet. On the opposite side from the handle is a tapered spout.
The polypropylene material withstands temperatures from -20°C to +100°C, so it can be used for frozen or boiling ingredients. This makes it equally suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher, which my, however, make the print fade.
