Cherry plums belong to the family of plums and are the smallest kind out of more than 2000. They are rich in beta-carotene, Vitamin C and B- Vitamins. Moreover, cherry plums are low in acid and therefore well tolerable for almost every one. The sweet fruits are mainly used as a fruity snack and for marmalades.
Monin captured the fruity taste of these small and yellow fruits in this syrup. It is suitable to prepare or refine cocktails or desserts as well as lemonades and iced teas.

Recipe Fruity Cherry Plum:
3cl Vodka
2cl Maraschino liqueur
4cl Cranberry juice
1cl Monin Cherry Plum syrup
1 dash lime juice
Ice cubes

Pour ingredients into shaker filled with ice cubes, shake vigorously and serve in Martini glass.
