Bergamot is a small citrus from the south of Italy. For a long time, the aroma of bergamot has also been known north of the Alps, as its oil is used to flavor Earl Grey tea. In recent years, bartenders discovered the sour-bitter taste of the fruit and created, for example, the Bergamot Cordial, Bergamot White Negroni or Bergamot White Lady.
The Monin bergamot syrup is also suitable for soft drinks such as iced tea.

Recipe for Bergamot Cold Brew Iced Tea:
20ml bergamot syrup
100ml black tea (Cold Brew)
10ml fresh lime juice
Raspberries for decoration
Preparation: Put all ingredients in a glass with ice cubes and garnish with the raspberries.
