3 ice cubes
4 cl of gin2 cl peppermint liqueur
2 cl lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup
1/4 L soda water
1 lemon slice
lemon balm
Put ice cubes in a shaker and pour gin over the ice. Add peppermint liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar syrup and shake vigorously. Pour through a strainer into a long drink glass and fill with well cooled soda water. Decorate with lemon balm and a lemon slice.
